Open Society "Seaport in the Trinity bay" (the former port Zarubino) - nonfreezing port in the south of the Far East Russia.
The port is on a joint of borders of Russia, China, the North Korea and sea border with Japan, and represents convenient sea gate for cargoes of foreign trade of Russia, northeast provinces of the Peoples Republic of China, and also Mongolia. The port is of interest as transit knot for processing of cargoes from provinces of the northeast of China and in the opposite direction. These are cargoes to Japan, on the western coast USA, Canada, ports of other countries of Asian-Pacific region.
The port is opened for the Russian and foreign courts and has the status of the international.
The port has all necessary reloading and warehouse capacities for an overload of following cargoes:
1. Perishable cargoes (fish, etc.);
2. Cars (new, second-hand);
3. Containers;
4. Wood cargoes (saw-timbers, a round timber, etc.);
5. A special equipment;
6. Cargoes in big-begah;
7. Food cargoes (a flour, rice, grain in bags, etc.);
8. Building cargoes (plates, armature, etc.);
9. Metal rolling;
10. Any other general cargoes.
Depth on approaches to Port of 12-15 metres (can be increased).
Nonfreezing deep-water bay.
The port makes processing of export-import, transit and coasting cargoes.
The berthing front consists of four moorings in the extent of 650 metres, working depth at berthing walls from 7,5 to 9,5 metres.
The area of warehouses: covered – 19,2 thousand in the sq. m opened – 27,4 thousand in sq. m.
